Babak Sankani is a dedicated, intelligent, and results-oriented Toronto employment lawyer. After completing his bachelor’s degree majoring in philosophy at York University, he attended the University of Ottawa for his Juris Doctorate in English Common Law with a specialization in alternative dispute resolution. Babak articled at Randy Ai Law Office and went on to work at another renowned employment law firm in Toronto for several years. Babak returned to Randy Ai Law Office to continue doing what he loves – helping employees and employers understand their legal rights, and achieving favourable resolutions for his clients.
Babak practices as an employment lawyer, labour lawyer, litigation lawyer, and human rights lawyer. He has extensive experience representing both employees and employers in a variety of workplace-related legal issues, including wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, human rights applications, workplace harassment and bullying, and breach of contract.
