Randy Ai Law Office is a boutique labour and employment law firm in downtown Toronto, conveniently located near Yonge and Queen. The firm was founded by Randy Ai, Barrister and Solicitor, an Osgoode graduate and highly respected labour and employment lawyer.
Our areas of focus include labour and employment law, human rights law, litigation, and disability law. We represent both employees and employers in the Greater Toronto Area, and throughout Ontario.

Articling Students Responsibilities
Articling students at Randy Ai Law Office will be responsible for the following:
Drafting and editing of legal letters and correspondence
Drafting and editing of pleadings (including pleadings for the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, Ontario Labour Relations Board, Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice etc.)
Drafting and editing of contracts, agreements, witness statements, policies, affidavits, and other legal documents
Attending or assisting with client meetings
Attending or assisting with mediations and court appearances
Given the size of the firm, unfortunately, this position does not provide a base salary.
