Employment Lawyer (Associate)
Randy Ai Law Office is a boutique labour and employment law firm in downtown Toronto, serving both employees and employers in all workplace legal matters. Our areas of practice include wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, severance package reviews, employment contracts, human rights law, workplace bullying and harassment, disability law, labour relations, and employment-related litigation etc.
We are currently seeking an employment lawyer/human rights lawyer, with at least two (2) years of experience in labour/employment law or human rights law. The successful candidate shall be hired on a full-time basis.
Interested candidates should have the following credentials:
Licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario;
At least two (2) years of experience working in labour/employment law or human rights law in the employment context;
Ability to work independently and with little supervision;
Experience calling prospective clients over the telephone;
Experience conducting client interviews;
Experience drafting demand letters and pleadings; and
Excellent client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
The successful candidate will begin work immediately.
Compensation is competitive.
