Jacob Love is an employment lawyer and human rights lawyer at Randy Ai Law Office. Jacob proudly provides strategic advice to both employers and employees on a wide range of legal issues. His expertise includes employment law, labour law, human rights law, Ontario employment legislation, and occupational health and safety.
Jacob has experience representing clients in matters of wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, terminations, layoffs, resignations, severance pay calculations, workplace harassment and bullying, human rights law, and employment contracts. He has a successful track record in representing employees who have been fired, and helping them achieve an improvement to their severance packages. Jacob also has extensive experience assisting employer clients with workplace policies, employment agreements, and human resources law.
Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Jacob worked with boutique labour and employment law firms located in Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area. Jacob received his J.D. from Queen’s University. He completed an M.A. in political science from Carleton University, and a B.A. with honours in politics and a second major in philosophy at Acadia University. In his free time, Jacob enjoys watching hockey, visiting craft breweries and playing board games.
