Josh Cummings is a Toronto employment and human rights lawyer working in association with Randy Ai Law Office. Over the course of his career, he has represented hundreds of clients, predominately employees who have lost their jobs or who are experiencing difficult workplace situations.
Josh has extensive experience in all aspects of employment, labour, and human rights law, including severance package reviews, wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, discrimination and human rights violations, workplace harassment and bullying, employment contracts, Ontario Ministry of Labour complaints under the Employment Standards Act, and unjust dismissals under the Canada Labour Code.
Josh is a firm believer in alternative dispute resolution and skilled at achieving out-of-court settlements. Josh is also a tireless advocate and has represented his clients before the Ontario Superior Court, Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Josh completed his articles in-house before working for a nationally recognized employment law firm in Toronto, exclusively representing employees and workers. Josh completed his J.D. at The University of Western Ontario. He also holds an Honours BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
